I think there's a difference between trying things a little differently and seeing where it goes and changing up an entire tone of a film.

 

I think the quote from Oscar is being over analyzed. For the main characters of the ST, this is the third time playing these characters therefore they are simply going to get more leeway playing the characters now that they are more established.

While sitting around on my first day of retirement from the Army, I sat around extremely board looking through YouTube and noticed about 12 videos from Mike Zeroh about different cameos....Does this dude think every character from all 8 of the previous movies are going to show up in episode 9? Sideous, Obi wan, Vader, Anakin, padame, jar jar, Plaguies etc...

 

If Willrow Hood doesn't get a cameo, I'm done.

I think Mike Zeroh should get an award, a massive party cake with a bikini clad exotic dancer bursting out of it...when he finally posts a spoiler that turns out to be correct.

 

Zeroh gets enough views for his vids to be monetised. And because he does 5 minute vids every day getting thousands of views he must rake it in. I follow an artist and on her video from last week she has 33k views. One video a week plus views on her back catalogue. She is doing this full time now as an artist. Mike Zeroh made around 40 videos last week and got cumulatively 467k views on those to date.

 

If you watch anything remotely related to Star Wars on YT, the site will aggressively recommend Zeroh's videos to you.

 

I don’t know how true the IX speculations are, but if so, it promises to be a treasure trove of Star Wars sagas.

"IIRC, the guy who took photos of the location said that Daisy was there too getting tours on camelback so I wouldn't be surprised if whatever they're filming there is central to the story."

Not sure if the above is accurate but it could certainly be interesting if Finn and Rey are exploring the ruins of Jedha
