Artist Becca does art stuff

I guess it's time to post this... I am upping my annual drawing to bi-annual, it seems. This was a... couple weeks ago, I just didn't feel good enough about it to share (well, other than posting it on tumblr, where everything goes). So, 2 versions for clarity, since the edited one is, well, not so clear. It's one of my Agents from SWTOR, actually from my drawing class last year that I scanned and cleaned up (well, coloured, more than anything, I'm not sure it's really any more cleaned up than the original). Also: instant tiled wall thanks to gradient tool + photoshop artistic filter.

Ooo… that's looking quite nice. Have you been working on this within Photoshop?

I do everything in Photoshop, I don't draw enough to try learning another program. I mean, unless it's on paper. And the target I did in illustrator and ported over because it was faster to make a vector image.

I'm so glad you've updated this thread with your latest works!

The lek over the shoulder definitely adds to Zara's character. It's great seeing Amber and Kayn too.

 

When I look at this one, in my head I hear a cheezy 80's video game synthesizer playing La Vie en Rose. It's something right out of 8 Bit Theater.
