Social Get In Line, NSA Edition - A Social Countdown to The Mandalorian and Grogu

My rewatch of the Saga Films (plus selected Clone Wars episodes, Solo and Rogue One of course) starts on November 3rd. I've sort of arranged it so it won't interfere with the upcoming series The Mandalorian. It's a great time to be a Star Wars fan!

 

How did you decide which CW episodes to include?

I'm guessing that the "Mortis" arc could be relevant.

 

Does anybody else read "Episode IX" and in their heads it sounds like "Episode icks?"

 

They were calling the movie "TrIXie" in production. People were speculating that it had something to do with Andy Serkis because of Gollum, but as a name it also means "bringer of joy," which could be a more positive reference.

Watching the "Orders" arc before Revenge of the Sith makes Order 66 much more tragic. I debated between this and the other notable Season 6 arc, Yoda's "Voices" journey.

Hmmm...hopefully most of us have seen all of TCW and Rebels, but just in case:

That Mortis arc, plus the "World Between Worlds" episode of Rebels would be crazy mindblowing in a theatrical Saga film. It was enough when they reintroduced Maul in Solo. Well, we'll see in December!

 

My rewatch will also include selected episodes of TCW. My main problem is I've only "narrowed it down" to about 60 episodes, which is half of the show.
