Sad news about Sith-I-5

I'm sorry to tell you all that Mod Squad has learned that our fellow FanFicer, Sith-I-5 passed away in early July.

We currently have no details nor an obituary, and while we usually don't say anything until we have an obituary, we've had enough first hand knowledge to feel comfortable with announcing this. If we get any further information it will be posted in this thread.

He was a long time member of the Jedi Council Forums and of our fanfic community both Star Wars and Non-Star Wars fanfic, both reader and writer. We'll miss his creative outlook on prompts, challenges, and fanfic in general.

Our condolences go out to family as well as his friends here on the boards and in real life.

 

So sorry to hear this! @Sith-I-5 was a great contributor to the Fanfic forum and always had something interesting to add to discussions. He will be greatly missed; thoughts and prayers are with his family.

 

Oh no! Godspeed I-5....you will be sorely missed.

 

Yikes!! That is sad!! I-5 was so entertaining and superbly fun with original characters in fanfiction and also in RPGs.

 

Sad to hear this. Sith-I-5 had such a unique take on fanfic. Will miss him.

 

That is so very sad.... Maybe it's just me...but sometimes when members don't post for a while I do think about them and wonder if they're at least OK, so when news like this comes in, it's especially saddening. I-5 was so creative and had wonderful ideas--my condolences to his friends and family

 

@Sith-I-5 always had nice comments for his fellow writers, they were always great to see. I am saddened to find out I had missed some of his comments on one of my stories. I went back and replied to them anyway...

Oh no, that's terrible news. I only had a few interactions with @Sith-I-5, but he seemed to be a top bloke. Condolences to his family and to those who knew him.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the hilariously popular Sith Lord Darth Enemy one of his creations?
