I hear you on the comparison to the PS3, that was just. Yeah.

But the fact that it takes more to make them? True, but that argument only goes so far in my opinion. $70 is still way too much for a game, once again, in my opinion. So that's that. *shrugs*

Plus, Game Pass, etc. look nice, but its all these little transactions that catch up to you. It's all one big trap and why I don't game as much anymore personally. My game libraries have only continually shrunk too rather than stayed the same size per next gen console or gotten bigger. Graphics are nicer, but the stories are weaker.

Again, this is just me.

 

100% agree on weaker stories, all except for one series.

Yakuza, the games of kings.

I secretly advertise for them. The Yakuza is just a ploy to get you to buy their games.

 

And yet... Somehow 59.99 for donkey Kong country seems like a steal.
