You may be. I'm not associated with the group but I know this forum is pretty dead. Some of the fan groups have gone to Facebook - you might try seeing if there's a page there. @Corellian_Outrider is the admin on the FF side - maybe he'd know who to ask.

I've literally just done the same....I went to have a look at the Andor set on Saturday, and came here to see if anyone else had been. I don't get on here much these days but with so much going on in the star wars world at the moment i've started to dip back in to the forum

Funny, we were talking about you Brits today! Hence why I am over here in fact! London FF to be precise was our conversation of the good ole' days and our old post wars between Denver, CO and London.

The USA side struggles too. But I went to my first Rocky Mountain Fan Force meeting in 7 years in Colorado today---there were 18 people there! Wouldn't know it by the dead boards, so I understand your pain good sir from across the pond. Even our Facebook presence is reduced to a simple page with events, so unless your friends with someone on Facebook---heck I only knew 4 people there, but were only Facebook friends with one of them. If we weren't friends on Facebook, I would have never known about the meeting.

I mentioned the fact that we should get the Denver, CO forums up and running again for that very reason of the Facebook issue. We'll see where it goes.

I still meet with some people I got to know through FanForce, even though they don't really post anymore.

The friendships created many a year ago are still going strong, even if some of us have moved back to fandoms older than our SW love.
Thought I'd check in here, with CE 2023 on the horizon.

 

I think a better question for this thread is does the FFUK Forum still have an RSA?

I normally check in here if I see there's been an update but I'm not an RSA.
