Oceania TV Shows NOT Star Wars.....but still good to watch!

I finished Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Loved the last couple of eps the most, it built up to a great finale. Looking forward to Loki now.

I too also binged Shadow and Bone. I've heard of the novels but knew nothing about them. It had some pretty great world building, action sequences and Jesper was a favourite character. I felt though that the couple of the important characters, especially the main one were written a bit weak considering.

I'm currently half way through Pacific Rim: The Black. It's set after the sequel, Uprising. It's been okay so far.

 

Started watching Foundation and Y The Last Man in recent days. Once I've done that I'll move onto Squid Game.

 

I’ve just finished Season 1 of Only Murders In The Building. That really hooked me in and wanting to find out what happens next.

 

Y The Last Man wasn't very good. The comic book series is acclaimed but the TV show didn't really adapt well. It's also been cancelled now so onto Squid Game. 4 episodes in and it's brilliant

 

That’s a shame about Y The Last Man.

Everyone has been talking about Squid Game. Let me know your final thoughts when you’ve finished it and whether I should check it out.

I suppose some of the discrepancy is to do with the art assets and time to develop but it has been mostly solid so far... curious about why Sorna assets are apparently on this ‘new’ island...



Jeff Goldblum went by way too fast. I wish there were more episodes to the season.

Currently going through Season 4 of Camp Creatacous. Only 1/2 way and not enjoying the direction it's taking from previous seasons, doesn't feel JP.
Wheel of Time has been terrific so far. Hawkeye will be next

 

I’ve binged through S4 of Camp Cretaceous. It does feel like they went in a bit of an odd direction with certain elements. I understand bringing in the competition and setting some hints up for Dominion though it does feel as though they could have done things a bit more artistically... will see how things go.

I am enjoying Hawkeye so far. I’ve watched the first episode of Welcome to Earth with Will Smith, that seems great so far.

 

Binged season 4 of Cobra Kai. Another terrific season but a little weaker than previous ones. I'll start Hawkeye next.

I finished Reacher. Great action series very much in line with the novels.

Finished Camp Cretaceous Season 5. The 2nd weakest entry in the series but it ended well

I've been watching the a Japanese Kaiju show from the 60's on Blu-Ray too called Ultra Q, the predecessor to Ultraman which has been entertaining.

Onto Ms Marvel before She Hulk comes out.
