Just finished all of Severance - Season 1

Definitely the best show I watched in 2022, and one of the best seasons I have ever watched in any show.

 

It’s on that friendly way.

 

Also I was scrolling through YouTube shorts and I think I found the dumbest video ever. It was this video trying to paint whale sharks as scary. Whale sharks are probably one of the least dangerous fish ever. It could kill you no more than a sunfish could.

Okay well so we know for a fact they can alter the selection of emoticons without notice. So flags other than the US flag when?

 

I find it funny that it's saluting right next to an alien to one side and an 'Angel' on the other.

You don’t even need every flag ever. Just a few.

 

but JKF, flags are bad:

they represent pride and nationalisim, we should get rid of them altogether!

hold on, I better not put this idea in people's heads....they'd run with it and try to get their 15 mins' fame on social media or those morning TV news shows.

 

Oh I think flags can be bad, but so can everything if used in excess. Like if you have an American flag let’s say on anything that isn’t a flag well it’s tacky as heck.

this is more because I don’t like the aesthetic, but a flag of anything on your lawn looks bad. Your lawn is for greenery. Not a giant flag pole. Also changing the flag to anything that it originally wasn’t just looks horrible. See the Thin blue line flag, the flag with the LGBTQ colors. Anything that isn’t just the 13 stripes and the 50 stars. (Willing to increase that to 55 cause I personally think America Samoa, Gaum, American Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and DC should all be states but that’s a whole different conversation)


Don’t even get me started on how horrible some of the state flags look. They are just so boring except Maryland that’s a good one. I am also impartial to California. Other than that every US state needs to change its flag.

 

I do have a hilarious flag story. In my middle school I got very bored one day and counted the number of stars. In that class we had a flag that had 48 stars on it. So that flag had been there since at least 1959.
