10/4/09 Susan G Komen Breast Walk for the Cure aka Booby Walk

OK, so I know way back when I said I would register us & all of that. Back then the website wasn't even update to 2009 info except for the date.

Now that I try to form a team it looks like I'm just signing up my self. I don't want to screw it up, I call the #, L/M they don't call back or when they do I miss the call & the cycle starts all over.

We are running out of time, if someone else wants to see if they can form a team so we can start registering that would be awesome or we can just all sign up by ourselves & meet & walk it together.

I don't choose to drive past the event to take the light rail back up to the event, I will just take the buss from Thornton & meet at the event.

Sorry to let you guys down, don't know where the time went, let me know if you can help me form a team or if we all just register by ourselves and walk together.

Sunday: Mostly sunny in the morning and a little chilly for the Race For The Cure. Morning lows are forecast to be from 35 to 39 degrees. There is a very small chance for an isolated shower late in the day but most locations will stay dry. Afternoon highs from 64 to 68 degrees.

 

We need more then 4 people to walk this thing & for sure more then 5 as a team

If you can't afford the $35 sign up fee or can't walk then donate to one of the team members so we can at least raise some money for boobies.

 

I have sent the notice out to all my peeps, so hopefully we'll get some bucks that way.

I have Peanut's 1st B-Day stuff this weekend, and waiting for payday to put my nickels into the kitty,

So in order to drum up members of the team, Amy and I will donate $50 per person who signs up for the team today.

You can sign up to sleep in for the cure, the only thing this will cost you is $35, or your time as well if you walk with us (it's fun).

I'm not expecting anyone to get donations at this point, just sign up!
