Orlando, FL 12:01 tickets

    Maybe I misunderstood something along the way, so bear with me if I sound like an idiot: I was under the impression that Cigam Retah was going to obtain some 12:01 tickets for the System and whoever was going could purchase tickets from him. So here comes the obvious...how would one pay for and recieve said tickets if one were inclined (ie, can't get them anywhere!!) to do so? If someone could let me know, that would be great.
