30 Years of Expanding the Universe, A Jedi Council event: The Top 100 EU Moments RESULTS!

Alright folks- you know what we did- we asked for your top 20 moment in the EU, and from the results we ranked the top 100. All together folks nominated about 275 different EU moments. And now, here we begin the results. I've included some user comments, where available, from their nominations:

"The simple fact that this is the ultimate (save for the Death Star battle) level in an awesome game probably secured its place in my Top#20, but the music, the characters, the level design and the differences with the movie fight (Vader on your side) make it an unforgettable "infinities" experience."

They probably wouldn't have made the list if you hadn't ranked them so high

A little over 30- so, not a huge cross section of the fanbase, but a decent polling turnout considering the more specific nature of the poll as compared to the EU works topic. As such, the bottom half of the list has a few more eccentricical entries (ut they make this more fun!), but the top 60 or so is more solid.

 

I also expected the Padawan Massacre to rank higher- I wonder if it's just because it was 2 years ago and more recent/upcoming KOTOR elements have been on people's minds in lieu of essentially the opening act of the series.

"From the moment Kar tries to assassinate Mace to the minute Nick shoots Depa's lightsaber out of her hand, the best ground battle in the entire EU, with unforgettable moments: the stampede out of the caves, Mace and Depa shredding enemy gunships and then jumping out of them to destroy others, a careening battle through the streets of a burning city in a tank: and the sheer and utter darkness of it all."
