Geez, if it weren't for PSATs, I'd sooo try this... Are you guys going to do this again sometime in the summer? It seems like so much fun!

 

If this works out well there's a good possibility we'll do it again some time. Maybe in a different time period, though.

 

Yeah. I know that between craziness at school, craziness in the musicale I'm in, craziness with soccer, and craziness with other RL things, I'd never have time to do this, especially with all the other writing projects I'm working on. In addition, a different time period fits me better, since I'm not that good with The Saga era...

Ugh, well, I guess I can't take part in this then cuz what I have done is defintely in Beyond the Saga. Ugh. Oh well, maybe next time.

Because someone decided to "edit" my last story, and put stars in place of the word "c.o.c.k.y", I am withdrawing my submission to this story. If we are dealing with children that giggle at legitimate, non-smutty words, and you feel the need to remove these legitimate words, I no longer will be writing stories and posting on this site.

That's the new profanity filter at work.


Zerosleep, at the behest of IGN, has now implemented a filter to catch and star out profanity.

We're in the early test phase of this and there are going to be such hassles until the filter can be tweaked and fine tuned.

I've already expressed concerns over this in the MS (it'd be a shame if Wedge Antilles fans can't write about him sitting in the cockpit of his fighter anymore) and hopefully there will be improvement.

 

*takes a deep, calming breath and decides to stop seething.* Now I will go watch the Michigan/Minnesota game, and hope it doesn't get me upset all over again. Go Blue!

Who cares about the filtering, the least they can make sure is that we get topic notification on time. I know some people don't use it, but I like seeing my Inbox filled with important stuff.

 

You should see what the filter is doing to some threads in JC Community.

Most authors have given their submissions a title.


And there has been a wide array of submission lengths. A couple have been quite long, a few quite short, but most somewhere in the middle.
