He was the villain in the last Mission Impossible movie.

 

As much as Revan will always be a girl to me, I can get on board with this.

 

I much prefer my Star Wars actors to be not that well known... but one actor I'd have in pretty much everything is Jared Harris.

Betty White should make a cameo as a bartender in a cantina.

 

He was great on MADMEN, played Ulysses Grant in LINCOLN and King George the VI in the crown. Quite a versatile actor.

James Purefoy, marvelous as Mark Antony in HBO's Rome, would make a great Star Wars villain.

How about Robin Wright? She could pull of just about anything in Star Wars. She could be regal leader type, Jedi, villain, military leader, or Queen. She has great screen presence and she’s a great actress. She’s well known but not one of those super stars that would take you out the movie. For example Angelia Jolie, she’s a great actress but a bad fit for Star Wars.

I know Daniel Craig made a cameo as a Stormie in The Force Awakens but he should appear in a movie or series as a full-fledged character, now that the man’s run as James Bond is coming to an end... Perhaps as some rival smuggler to Lando Calrissian in the upcoming show of the same name albeit as a recurring character instead of main one, a la Carl Weathers, Taika Waititi, and Giancarlo Esposito in “The Mandalorian”...

Daniel has amazing acting chops outside of 007, with his comedic turn in “Logan Lucky” and detective extraordinaire in “Knives Out” (the movie where Captain America - or more like the guy playing him - turns bad lol)...
