Discussion Actors you'd like to see in Star Wars

I didn't like Powell's character in Maverick at all, but that was because of the writing and probably directing. He was much better in Devotion, which was based on a true story that everyone should watch.

 

I’ll need to watch his other stuff then. I’ve only seen Maverick and that one with Bix from Andor.

 

Jude law as Jod
Anybody as Hondo
Eman Esfandi as Ezra
some of the other characters from Skeleton Crew.

Hondo helps Jod get off of At attin
Jod is not resealable & betrays Hondo
Ezra comes along to take care of Jod

& a bunch of other stuff

 

If we ever get to see Hondo in live-action, my preference would be for the Cad Bane approach, where a stunt performer / physical actor hides behind heavy make-up on set and the original actor (in this case, the iconic and irreplaceable Jim Cummings) provides the voice.

 

This is more for the animation side of things, but how about a Jedi Master voiced by J.K. Simmons? If nothing else, we could have endless fun with the obligatory Whiplash Wars edits.

 

I love his character in Korra as master Tenzin son of Aang

I wanna see Seth Green play literally anybody in live action. For all his sw robot chicken skits I think he's earned a more major role than va!!!

He's done some voice-work, most notably Todo 360 who was Cad Bane's droid in TCW and TBB. I'd like to see him play a part in live-action as well. Maybe cake on some make-up and prosthetics and have him be a non-human character of some kind. I could see him in a SW role like that.

I like Glen Powell. I thought he was good in both Maverick and Twisters but I really liked him in Hit Man. I wouldn’t mind seeing him in Star Wars.

imagine him if he had faced Vader when JEJ was still alive...
