After the LOTR trilogy, Hobbit anyone?

Well, should this project come to bear, they wouldn't need to de-age Holm that much; after all the whole idea is that Bilbo barely aged whilst in possession of the ring.

 

The Hobbit was more fun than LOTR.

 

its almost too late already.....teh cast and crew have been dispersed.........it would suck if someone else did it so soon, it couldn't help but be different, even if in a good way

 

But by definition it would be different since the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings are different.

 

LOTR - (presumably will be a) great trilogy
Hobbit - crappy prequel aimed at kids.

What does this prognosis remind us of?

Nah, I'd be very interested in seeing a Hobbit movie. However, I don't know if I could STAND 13 dwarfs for too long, Gimli already annoys the hell out of me...

They should make it. Anyway, I found Gimli funny in the movie, and I thought the Hobbit dwarves were hilarious. Who wouldn't want to see 13 dwarves and a Hobbit bumbling around in search of gold?

 

Give props to Gimli, he's the bomb!

As for making a hobbit movie, no you tom fool of a took!

 

If they did make a Hobbit movie, about 90% of it would be composed of dwarf humor. Do you guys really want that?

 

I'd love to see that!

Plus, maybe Legolas could make a cameo appearance when they stopped in Mirkwood.
