Ahsoka Official Ahsoka Series Discussion (Spoilers Allowed)

I think if kenobi and boba does flashbacks yhen Ahsoka is as likley. As like them she has some pstd.

 

I just don’t think it’s best to rely on flashbacks to heavily

 

And that works best for those who watched the animated stuff. If anakin appears and is all mastery with her. Thats gonna seem like nothing unless you seen the animated shows.

And really there is nothing wrong with having flashbacks to a young ahsoka. None at all. Infact it adds to her character also.

 

Wellthey have already gone there with Mando and TLJ and Kenobi and Boba will also do it, so Ahsoka will too.

 

They only have a limited time to tell this story. 6-8 episodes probably

 

You only need an episode or two to do it like mando season 1 did it and kenobi will also be limited with 6 episodes. Boba with 8 episodes. We could get flashbacks for 2-3 episodes in small doses.

 

2 episodes of flashbacks? That’s far to much

 

Was it too mutch for Mando, and what about Kenobi and Boba. I think it Will work good.

 

They didn’t spend two whole episodes on it. They spent like a collective of 5 minutes

 

When I mean flashbacks i mean No more then 5-10 minutes on it.

Yes and if it was a cameo, chances are they would have it be a surprise.

I agree its not that complicated lol.

One of the worst things they could do is have information released that someone is in the show, then it turns out they are only on screen for 2 minutes or something in 1 episode. Thats why these things are left as a surprise. That way people ain't building up expectations of a large role that will just lead to disappointment because they are just happy by the surprise.

 

yeah no way it's a cameo, it's likley a large part like Kenobi in OT.

Like Favreau said they don't have to "officially" announce much of anything because it almost all gets out. THR reporting it pretty much amounts to as official as they do most thing outside of the Disney+ steaming ones.

It's more indicative of an important role in the overall series that isn't confined to one surprise cameo. Anakin is likely set-up as being in it from the start and as in Kenobi his presence in the form of HC the actor being part of it is nothing that they are hiding but there is no particular vehicle to announce it with anyway.

The thing that "surprises" me is that if this series is nowhere near it's shooting start yet (or is it?) then why non-announce announce now?

 

IT Will start shooting in beginning of 2022.

 

So happy about the Hayden news. This is great, and I'm so happy for him, as well as all of us fans.

I'm further disappointed that he was excluded from the ST. So many logical stories that could have been told with Anakin's spirit in those films (communing with Luke, perhaps Kylo or Rey etc.). Instead, we just get a beat up helmet of Vader, and a lame voice cameo.

Anyways, I'm excited to see what they do with his character in both this show, and the Kenobi show.
