An Old friend returns to the Northern Boards

    Hallo You all know me so Ill not hide behind user names like Ranouch Heath any more
    Ive come back to the Nortern Boards after being off for a time I had my demons to fight and my life to sort out, So Hopefully no silly rants or stunts again.

    As You know Im hoping to do a walk in july with Tim Im currently in training having lost some weight and quit smoking and drinking Sorry but Im NOT Tea Total. (So no more Guinness for me then)

    I Understand the rules of FanForce and I promist NOT to Naughty, Or suffer the wrath of the RSA's

    Im Come back on for the Fun and friendship and to join in with future meet ups

    Hallo all,

    Thanks for the warm return welcome (Has anyone elce been given a strange PM from someone wanting help ?) Ill send Spike 02 the Pm shortly.

    Im in training for this 214 mile walk with Tim in July (Ive already lost weight in training)

    I look forward to getting back into the swing of things here
