A breakdown of prices would be great. It's a little worrying that rooms are limited.
I managed to get the Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center for 7 nights from Monday 23 May 2022 which was the same place as I reserved last time. The rate is a little more than last time at $265 per night though last time I was booking for just me and this time there will be 3 of us sharing the room (The room was reserved at $249 per night last time).
It was very quick and easy to access the portal as soon as the window opened.
I had been hoping to get the Homewood Suites at the Convention Center but couldn't see it available as part of the portal booking. I'm going to go back and check prices and availability for some other places now. If anyone has any specific places they'd like me to check let me know.
It's a little far out, but is the Hyatt Regency on there? I'm curious as to how the price compares to the rate going directly through them.
It seems like there is more availability if you are only looking to book checking in on the Thursday and checking out on the Sunday with 31 hotels available for those dates. Checking in on the Thursday and checking out on the Monday has 30 hotels available. Prices quoted are also different based on how many sharing a room.

How many available for check in Tuesday, check out Monday?
Thanks for your help!
Thanks for the prices!
We'll see if they release more.. but as of now, Marriott sold out on 5/24, 5/29, 5/30
Hilton sold out on 5/24, 5/30
Currently there's 25 hotels available for check in Tuesday, check out Monday.
Getting a full block of days at the hotels attached to the convention center is always tough, but if even the VIPs are getting blocked out of certain days that’s pretty crazy.
Ideally I'd go for Weds-Mon, but might just get an extra night at any hotel down the line and then move.
It’s possible they will release more for the next drops, but even if not people will swap and change, and if you can hold your nerve you apparently have good shot at getting the nights you need once you hit the 30 day mark and cards start charging.
I remember my Chicago booking was done across 2 bookings as I could never get all of the nights I needed at the same time. The hotel put them together for me when we checked in.
Booking a room a year out has often ended in frustration. Best advice is to try, but not get discouraged if you don't get what you want right away. I've seen rooms open up months later for no apparent reason.
Checked the Desert Palms site and they have the dates open except for Sunday and Monday (most likely is too far out). Anyways, booking through their site is $450 a night vs the $229-249 price from the Celebration block
Yeah, I think our preferred hotel is still a few days out from opening up direct bookings as well
A swamp is not a hotel!
I'm either going to laugh or kill you when I finally get round to watching Ewoks.
Just wait until the last day of Celebration if you decide to kill me.
They were my favorite part of the show so.... you decide
That seems fair
Good luck to everyone today.
Yes, good luck all. Hope you get the hotel you want.
Or, if you're like me, I hope you get your email and code on time!
Sorry for the double post but I actually got the email!!!
So emails going out now, time to check your inboxes everyone
Hmm I didn’t get mine.

Me either. These things are often done in batches though.
