We just booked five nights at both the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim at Disneyland Park, and the Travelodge Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim on Disneyland Drive. The costs are $631.80 and $742.95 respectively. Both locations are basically a one-mile walk from the Anaheim Convention Center. I hope that this information is helpful.
I have a split stay too. Sunday to Wednesday Morning-Days Inn by Wyndham Garden Grove for about $250 Wednesday Morning-Monday Morning-Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South for about $1166.66 Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
Hilton Anaheim is available. I was able to get it for $245 (King) plus taxes per night for 6 nights. This was through the official website and using my Hilton Honors member number (Free to sign up if you don't have it) A lot of sites that appear to be the Hilton when searching. I used this https://www.hilton.com/en/book/rese...ule=HOTEL_SEARCH&ohwDeepLinking=true&srpName= and you will need to edit the dates for your stay
My friend and I got our waitlisted nights added to our existing reservations through the hotel block. In both our cases there was no email saying it was done so if anyone has waitlist requests, log in and you may have those days now.
Thanks for the above post. I went in and looked at my reservation and they have it now from Tues 24th to Thurs June 2! I only asked for through the 30th. Even though I wanted Marriott/Hilton (I had that before), I'll probably just keep the Springhill and stay there. It's not that much farther away.
Now that Celebration is pretty much confirmed to be happening as currently scheduled, people are going to need to find rooms in pretty short notice if they haven’t done so already (for example, people who may be buying tickets next week). I was curious about the current prices, so I went on Expedia and did a quick check. The pricing wasn’t too bad compared to when I booked the Best Western last year. In fact, I decided to switch to the Magnolia Tree and saved a couple hundred dollars. Magnolia is further from DL but closer to the convention center.
There also is the option of trying to find a roommate to split the cost of a room... Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
I was hoping to get into the Hilton again but no dice. I got into the Marriott for $450 a night. Is it still highway robbery if I'm willing to hand it over so easily?
3 nights, we fly in Friday and out on Monday. I wasn't able to sneak my kid out of school for 3 days so I settled for half day on Friday. It is weird not being able to be there for the entire event but it is awesome that I get to bring my son along. I went to CV, CVI and ANA15 with my brother then ORL17 solo for all four days. Those were fun but it was definitely a different experience going to CHI19 with my son. I'll take a shorter time with a cool kid over the full event by myself any day.
I read on a Facebook group that the Candy Cane Inn was canceling reservations made during the Celebration timeframe due to construction. Hopefully no one here was affected.
Thankfully not. Feel really bad for everyone that is though, really short notice to be telling people considering a lot will have made their bookings last May when the new dates were first announced.
The good news is there are still rooms in the hotel block, so people should be able to find a replacement.
I got an update on my Fairfield Inn reservation. Now I'm waitlisted for the 29th. I guess I'll ride it out and hope that gets confirmed in the next 50 days.
