    Discussion of New Episodes - Rules
    (1) One of the mods will post each week's episode thread a day or two before it airs on Disney+.

    (2) Official episode commentary may be posted in this episode thread.

    (3) Discussion in the actual episode thread will be limited to that specific episode, NOT future episodes; past episodes may be referenced. Speculation based on released material is permitted.

    (4) Andor episodes air on Wednesday on Disney+. Anyone who shares plot details about an episode before then must use spoiler tags. After that folks will begin discussing their reviews and thoughts without tags which will likely include spoilers. To anyone concerned about being spoiled before watching the episode it is your responsibility to avoid the thread until you have had your chance to view.

    (5) All leaks and rumors must be spoiler tagged until they are either proven or disproven.

    (6) Reviews for each episode may be posted once they have aired. One of the mods will add a grading poll to that episode's discussion thread.

    That would be great, I mean why tease us last time and not follow up? I know it was a special time with Celebration, but C'Mon we're ready now!
    I think this will be a great set up episode. I wonder how much of The Clone Wars with young Cassian will be shown? I hope for at least half the episode. I just hope the Mandalorians don't save him too.

    I am already pissed at the opening sequence, because nothing can top that.
    My expectations after the trailers for this show had dropped a lot, it seemed like it would be generic science fiction.
    But I am watching something which is the answer to a question I have had for decades.
    "How awesome would it be if Star Wars flirted a LOT with cyber punk?"

    First episode down. This is good. Really, really good.

    But if I'm being brutally honest, it kind of doesn't feel like Star Wars. I don't know if it'll keep being that way, or whether that's a good thing or a bad thing yet; thankfully there are two more episodes out today.
    Onto the next one! :)

    This was a very good thing for me.
    Star Wars needs to redefine itself.
    As long as it does it in a good way, I am all for it.
    And this is a good way in my opinion.
    Off to sleep now. Episodes 2 and 3 tomorrow.

    Good intro. Had as much of a Blade Runner vibe and aesthetic to me as Star Wars (at least Morlana One did). Production and music was great. The sets and design all looked amazing.
