Announcement regarding updated FF Rules

    So after a long process we have finally managed to get the various guidelines and traditional rules of FanForce into one document that can be found here: FanForce Rules

    None of this is new, it's just that this is the first time that we've actually written them down, and now we finally have a place that we could reference to. I think one important thing is that we are from now on going to be stricter about how you keep your chapter official. Most importantly you are now required to have three announced meetings each year in order to stay official, you should hold elections for CR every year (even if it's only one candidate) and the CR should log in weekly, unless they have informed the FF staff that they are going to be away.

    With all due respect, but I doubt this is going to be doable for FF BeNeLux....guys?

    edit, clarifying (am a little tired due to moving, sorry), I meant that BeNeLux has always been a bit..out there. We did have our share of meetings in the past and we plan on more, but I'm not quite sure if we can make it through the more strict controls. [face_worried]

    So far as I can tell, the only requirement is the 3 meetings a year. That should be doable, Pelly. Maybe I'm missing something tho...

    There are also certain posting requirements. How can we get more active? A lot of people have left, and I'm worried we won't get the activity needed :/

    Well the requirements are to keep the forum alive, not let it die and only post when you have a meeting.

    Three meetings each year should be doable, remember it doesn't have to be more complicated than go out and drink a cup of coffee together.

    I see now Anne :) I was a little freaked out over the "strict" part.




    I doubt BeNeLux meetings will ever include a cup of coffee....:p

    Pretty please! The IND of the NL finally gave me a sticker on Monday and I might need a break from teaching now & then...
