LA, CA Any college students here?

Just wanting to know if there is anybody here who is going to college in the Southland?

 

Yes... why do you ask? You want to find out who's just going to Community College and who is going to a "real" college? Just kidding...

 

I go to community college but I am only 16. Graduated highschool early because I seem to be smart or something. I just did terrible in Highschool so no real college. Oh well.

 

I'm a college student. Could you possibly be wondering if you are indeed alone in the universe? Never fear, there are many more like me out here.

 

Yeah I'm in college here too. Just got out for the summer. WOO!

I have a very good friend at Cal State LA. In fact, I went to classes with her today. I used to go there for their Saturday Conservatory.

hey cool fight on what year/major are you? I'm a sophomore-undeclared trying to get into the music school....

 

I'm a junior, (well, senior now, I guess) classics major.

Music school? I saw in your profile that you're in the band, too ... we might know some of the same people. I was going to join the prep squad in the fall, but I'm gonna be too busy.

I figured there had to be another Trojan on the JC, but until this point, I've never met one ...

I believe she's a Sophomore. I'm sure that if any of your friends have ever met her, they remember. She's the kind of person it's almost impossible to forget. =D

Possibly, but one must keep in mind that Lucas himself went to USC. So we know where his allegiance lies.

Personally, I have no huge problem with UCLA.

 

LOL... I'm in USC's marching band, so usually I have quite a problem with UCLA... but in the spirit of Star Wars, I'll hold off on the insults

 

Hell hath no fury like the school spirt of a marching band member.

And I'm not a Spanish major or speaker, so that was probably butchered.

Though let's be honest, if I could have AFFORDED it I would've hit USC for the film school. But all in all I'm happy here.

I'm a retired high school marching band member, so I totally appreciate the rivalry. I plan to get back into it sometime during my tenure here at UCLA, so I'll probably get to rumble with you sometime, JediPadme.
