I think it looks super-cheesy, but my girlfriend likes Milla (she's a fan of Resident Evil and 5th Element), so I might have to see it. I thought the director's other "gun kata" movie was super-cheesy, but I'll admit that he did a good job with a low budget, so we'll see.

I don't plan on it, not in theaters at least.

It's like the fifth hot chick in leather action flick coming out this year.

I like Milla, she was great in the Fifth Element, but I don't get to see too many movies in the theaters anymore, so I doubt I will. I'll probably Netflix it when it is released to DVD.

I'm tired of seeing her play basically the same character in damn near every movie.

    You mean Aeon Flux 2?

Let's put it this way, I'll probably see it eventually, but I sure as hell won't pay for it.

Not a chance. I hated the director's Equilibrium with a passion and Ultraviolet actually looks worse. It looks like Aeon Flux, The Island, The Matrix, Resident Evil, Underworld and a dozen other movies put into a blender.

Alright, here's the deal. I liked Equilibrium.

Second deal, Ultraviolet has a pretty neat ending fight, everything before it is slop. You can't judge a book by its cover, but you can judge a movie by its trailer... AVOID THIS MOVIE. Or at least wait for the DVD.

I won't be seeing it. Some of the action scenes looked interesting, but the rest looked horrid.

I KNOW RIGHT. GOSH IN ZOOLANDER SHE EVEN HAD A GUN.

I liked Equilibrium, reminded me of Farenheit 451.

    Doubt I'll see this though.

I totally agree. The First two movies that popped into my mind Aeon Flux and Resident Evil. How many times can you keep beating the same horse to use and reuse the storyline.

I still don't get the Aeon Flux thing but eh...

I might see it. I won't be there opening night or anything. I was looking forward to it when I first heard about it but the trailer really put me off.

The trailer actually made me interested to see what they did with the shattering "bad guys" - other than that it didn't look super appealing to me so I'll probably wait for the DVD.

I've seen it. It jumps all over the place, and was difficult to understand. It was like watching an old video game as a film. I mean old, because the screen was dark in most places through out the film. It just seemed like it recieved a terrible editing job. The trailer was better to watch than the film itself.
