April's Obligatory Music Thread

So what are people listening to/waiting for/throwing in the bin?

I'm thinking of getting Timo Maas' album and, when it comes out, FC Kahuna's... any advice?

 

I'll bung the Timo Mass album with the Circulation..It's not worth a tenner

Last night I are mostly listened to Sonic Youth's New York City Ghosts and Flowers.

 

DJ Shadow's okay, but it hasn't grabbed me yet... I'll give it another go in a bit.

Hey... I managed to pick an album that meets with Arun's approval!! I must be learning....

 

No..you heard glitterball on that HMV CD...

 

Tis true... I did, but I heard it first on MTV Dance... but on the strength of Glitterball, I was interested in checking out the album... that's what I meant.

On the Playlist CD, I'm also kinda curious about Pete Yorn and Michelle Branch....

 

Didn't I put Haylings on one of your CD's that's from the album too?

Infact if you erased all American metal..the evolution of music would quite happily continue without any glitches...

This month I am mostly listening to the Bees: Sunshine Hit Me and the Streets: Original Pirate Material. Nothing else has caught my fancy though am thinking of getting teh Pete Yorn album

I have the Timo Maas album but I only bought it cos Kelis is on it. Sadly, she doesn't seem to work too well without the neptunes and vice versa
