As you know from MASH, the 38th parallel divides North and South Korea. Is where you live North of this, South of this, or right on this?

Personally I'm at the 38th Parallel. Come to my house for terse diplomatic meetings.

Amazingly, the 38th parallel puts me on par with San Francisco, DC, and Spain. These places have wildly different weather and climates in spite of this.
