Everyone remembers where they were on that fateful November 22nd 1963, the day that JFK was assassinated. Everyone was shocked then it turned into anger, demanding answers and they were provided to them. The masses gobbled them with ease, not questioning anything. That too was part of the Plan hatched in 1910 by a secret cabal that referred to themselves as the Templar Order. An order that wanted to shepherd a New World Order under their enlightened leadership, bending humanity to their will and to their vision.

The now dead President was one of their few enemies at high places, who almost managed to put a stop to their machinations, or at least hinder them long enough. But his efforts were in vein. The Templars have people everywhere in every organization on Earth. After all they have been around since Cain. Each generation adding to their power and influence.

Opposing them is the Assassin Brotherhood. An equally ancient and secretive order who fought for the liberation and the betterment of the humanity. They were stretched thin hunting for Hitler's Apple of Eden that was lost at the end of the war. Along with the hunt for the surviving Nazis who were taken to the States, who were now working for the Templars and a certain company called Abstergo.

Meanwhile individuals around the country experienced strange visions. Seeing glowing symbols on walls that no one seems to be seeing. Or their vision suddenly changing, seeing everything in a muted bluish colour and people glowing with different auras. Strange and inexplicable events. Were they going insane or is that some sort of a Communist plot? Or maybe they were part of the MK Ultra experiment?

    About the game:

So this is a freeform RPG set in the Assassin's Creed universe, so at least some knowledge will be required. For now players are going to play as Assassins (you can be an initiate - one of the people who suddenly started to experience some of the above-mentioned symptoms or a low to mid level Assassin), though they might choose to betray the Brotherhood and join the Templars. There will be an option for a second character (a Templar, or an ally to either order). The game will start in 1963, but there will be time jumps (like in the game), as well as location changes. The game will start in the US, I left it ambiguous as to where the characters can start off (they will be gathered together), but you can collaborate with other players whether or not your characters know each other or are related in some way.

If you choose to play as a character who is a spy you must know that there are Assassins (and their allies) and Templars (also including their allies) in every intelligence agency in that period.

There will be a separate thread for a side-story involving Assassins and Templars at the last stage of WW2, that will tie to the core game - so if anyone is interested in playing it we can have a separate discussion.

    Bio:
Born in Dakar, Senegal to Ousmane and Aminata Mbaye, Dushane grew up with a constant reminder of tyranny with the French rule over his home.

He never knew his father's work, but he knew that it was not pleasant, but kept the family a home and food to eat. He spent his younger days darting across the roofs of Dakar, escaping officials after stealing from the market. The bare minimum of food that his father supplied is what lead to this behaviour. He never stole solely for himself, always being sure to spare some for his parents or close friends.

When he turned 17, his father informed him that he and his mother needed to move the the United States while he stayed behind for 'unfinished business.' Understanding that this was important, Dushane and his mother, Aminata managed to find their way to the United States, moving briefly to the East Coast, where until he was 20 they lived in poverty. When they heard about the independence of Senegal, Dushane wondered if he would be able to return home and see his father. His mother told him that they needed to move to the south, which pushed these thoughts out of Dushane's head for a time while they traveled to southern America.

After living in the South for a few months, Dushane received word from his father who was coming to meet them in America. When the day finally arrived when they would meet, Dushane was told that he and his mother should stop by a diner were they would meet his father.

When he arrived at the diner, he would see his father ahead of him, and his mother quickly ran ahead to greet him. The next moments were the worst of his life. A car pulled up to the side of the road, screeching as the window rolled down and a crackle of bullets were let loose. Dushane ducked, and waited for the bullets to cease and the car to drive away. When they did, he slid out from his hiding spot, looking around. His eyes fell upon two bodies on the floor. His mother and father. Broken, he ran up to both of them. His mother had been killed instantly, while his father had a few breaths left. As Dushane knelt by him, desperately trying to stop his blood loss, his father told him of a location he needed to go to very soon, and then hide because they would 'be after him next.'

Completely lost after the death of his parents, Dushane decided to go to this location which was not to far from his home. There, he would find some sort of safehouse that belonged to his father, which held a plethora of information that Dushane poured over. Here he learned of his fathers work as some sort of 'Assassin', and his work he did for this strange organization in Senegal, eventually leading to the independence of his home.

Lastly, Dushane found a strange set of robes, a dagger, and an odd wrist brace with a blade attached. The last document, which sat snugly by this hidden dagger device, contained the information of a man in Texas who he needed to meet. He didn't know who the man was, nor did he know his exact location, but simply his last name. Kennedy.

Things slowly began to fall into place, and when the president John F. Kennedy was shot, Dushane found himself closer and further to his goal than he had ever been.

Find this Kennedy man, then find the one responsible for his father's death.
