Montréal Auberge De Méandres

Still working all sorts of shifts as usual, and well LJS was visiting for a week so I became a tourist in my own city and saw some things I haven't in years! It was lots of fun

My big news of the day is that EVANESCENCE is coming to Montreal on Oct. 6th!!!!! I so have to go. I'm extremely excited incase you couldn't tell! The tickets go on sale next weekend! I must get my hands on some!

 

cool, i have heard of them but am glad to hear that they will be coming around, its very hard to get any decent bands to come to OZ as we are so far away..

Nope not working too hard this weekend! I'm on a 4 day weekend! WooHoo! The busiest i'll be this weekend will be about noon tomorrow as I'll be fighting off everyone else here to get tickets to see Evanesence! I really hope I get tickets before they sell out! I'm very nervous as they are only playing a very small venue!

Ahem, yeah so now that that's out of my system... How are things shaping up this week for you? Spring on it's way yet in South Australia? Autumn is just around the corner here! Schools are starting up and the summer season is officially coming to a close

 

It's warming up here in good ol' SA! We've had a very dry winter though. Love the warm weather though, lots of nice places to sit down by the river or just be out with friends.

Hope you're up for some more chatting while we're all melting away again this summer, Goddess!

Oh, btw, what was the name of that Evanescence song in that Anakin/Padme clip?

 

heh while you're melting we'll be freezing with snow so I think you can pretty much gaurantee people will be posting. Don't know about anyone else but minus 0 temps don't do too much for me

 

I'm always up for chatting I'm more available in your summer as I'm just less likely to be out of the house in the winter unless I'm at work. (I agree with Amber that minus 0 degree weather doesn't do much for me!)

If I'm thinking of the right clip, then it's "Anywhere" If not then I'm not sure as I've seen so many fanvids now which set Evanescence music to SW scenes My two greatest obsessions intertwined. What more could I ask for??? And now I get to see Evanescence LIVE in October! I am a very happy girl these days!

We really need a couple of weeks with lots of rain to fill up the reseivors.

 

Jaina... you should come at the very least to South Aussie for a holiday. Learn the facts of SA life.

I am going to stay in SA for a year. I'm supposed to go in April 2009. I am really looking forward to visiting and meeting everyone I've come to know from SAFF on the boards I know I'm going to have the time of my live!

Hardly! Only your big scary spiders make me nervous! I am almost tempted to hang a calendar and start crossing off days till I can go but that would just be sad! I've been lazy over the summer but now I'm getting some of the paperwork started...Yeah I'm starting early but I have to get all my official documents "officially translated" into English!

Well... there are more Darksiders than lightsiders, and we've won most of the Dark vs Light events. Evil Agreed that it's an Imperial State, AD is a Darksider, Meanders, tk1571, myself, Jabba.... lol the list goes on

Well Gooddess when your hear, we will just have to run a heap of events... lol
