Tenel Ka's my favorite character, and I think you did her justice here.

I've been postponing responding to this until I had time to sit through it and read... and it was well worth the wait.

I have to admit, I had trouble picturing Tenel Ka and her mother, but the Jacen scene was exactly in character for him beind stuck between what he was and what he was becoming.

All in all, I was very impressed to see you step out of your comfort zone. Well done!

I read this a while ago, Ams, and I really liked it. I don't read BytS much at all, so I can't say that I understand the characters here as well as other readers. But I really liked the .... *thinks of word* ... tone or feel of the story. People above have described it as surrealistic, weightless - and I agree. I loved how you managed to write that feel to it.

And congrats on winning awards with this one. It was well-deserved.
