This was posted in a similar thread in the former PSA...

" was nikto jedi even in the final circle? I don't think so...

There is a klattu (barada type) near kit fisto, and a weequay jedi near sae sae tinn...but I never saw a nikto jedi in the final survivor scene...

A lot of people mistake the barada type jedi for a nikto but he is not. There are niktos in the arena but none in the final circle.

Presumably of the weequay and the klattu there are two names between them that could be used... they are sarr labooda and alta ranga (unless there are other jedi named as such)...my guess is the klattu is alta, and weequay is sarr labooda...unless of course the second black dude in the arena is named one of the above (but we know that sarr and alta were both done in cgi)...

but since the klattu has been seen physically in shots that would mean either he didn't work out cgi or they just used a live actor."


thoughts? Can anyone post a good quality pic of the circle to analyise?

That leaves us with at least 36 of the 200 identified or at least accounted for, with an additional 9 possible Jedi who participated. With 13 of the supposed 20 that survived the battle (although that 20 figure could merely be the Jedi who participated in the Arena/Ground battle, which would exclude the Jedi Starfighter pilots- which brings us down to 7 probable survivors assuming Brand and Rahn were present).

I believe so, yes.


Also, I've managed to obtain a copy of AOTC (don't ask me for it) so I should have a good sized update for later.

"Filmed but not used, Ki-Adi and Plo Koon mission to blow up the Trade Federation Control Core. Thanks to Thodge for this one, and you'll remember call sheets detailing the attack and this is why when the battle ends they are to be escorted in...The first and major scene happens during the arena battle. When Kenobi and Windu are fighting back to back Obi wan says "We need to shut down these droid's" to which Mace replies "already taken care of". Then apparently you see a group of jedi, led by Plo Kloon, fight there way into a parked battle ship and shut down the droids. The droids shut down and the jedi cheer, but then the droids power up again."
