    I AM SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THIS so it is going to suck because that seems to always happen to movies I really, really want to see. :(

    I don't see how anyone could watch The Matrix, where Keanu Reeves delivers an award-worthy, once in a generation performance of "Keanu Reeves but a hacker dork," and think Bill and Ted was his only good role.

    Au contraire, I challenge you to find another actor in this or any era that could have so thoroughly and convincingly embodied the character of "Keanu Reeves but a hacker dork." It'd be like trying to recast Ernest Borgnine's tremendous portrayal of "Ernest Borgnine but a gay cowboy" in The Wild Bunch, or Woody Harrelson as "Woody Harrelson but in this movie" in every Woody Harrelson role ever.

    Bogus Journey is amazing. It has a tonal shift from the first film (less dark 80's synth future, more 90's BTTF2 campy future) but it's still so good. A shame the deleted scenes footage is likely lost. I read the novelization before i saw the movie as a kid and was disappointed at the stuff they omitted.

    As for Bill and Ted 3 I just hope they can work in the Grim Reaper so far since I am sure deep down Grim's still steamy he lost to them in Bogus Journey.

    I was under the assumption this was his best role because he just showed up to all the other ones as himself dressed in black?

    I pretty much watch keanu reeves because its keanu reeves playing keanu reeves playing a movie role. Whick keanu reeves reevesiest the best.

    Certainly, Keanu is no Sean Penn in that he couldn't really shed the playing the role of a stoner.

    Ted Theodore Logan has definitely followed him throughout his career.

    I'd say this about Keanu, he was the best actor in Paul Abdul's Rush music video.

    Seriously though, Keanu is awesome as John Wick. Probably his best role since Neo.
