    Hey, welcome to the forum - if you're going to advertise for your site you need to post more information. :) Perhaps list some of the qualities of your site, list duties that people will be responsible for, etc. No one is going to want to sign up for a position at a site they know nothing about!

    Your site has some seriously great layouts. I suggest perhaps posting some articles for fans to read to your forum- starting some conversation threads might really encourage people to register as well.
