Big British Meet Up (Summer 2003)

The official FFUK national meet is in the making!

Hopefully everyone will be there. But at the moment it's only an idea, so the purpose of this thread is to discuss everything from travel arrangments to accomadation and so on.

This thread is a branch of the central discussion on the regional board. We have decided to deligate CR's (well... Stuey decided) as the organisers for each chapter to discuss relative arrangements, and then all confirm and decide on the main board. The address for the main board is as follows:

I'll post more info soon, but for the minute I need to know who would be interested in meeting sometime in August. It would involve staying over night... but don't worry about those details for the minute.

Just thought i'd pop in and make myself known, i'm not a regular face here so i'll introduce myself, i'm Stuey and i'll be your tourguide for this ride to hell

(you know sometimes even i lose what the bloody hell i'm talking about)

Anyway, myself and Yoshee (with the kind cooperation of Charis and Turr_Phennir and my constant nagging of Luke throughout the day) will be organising this big British get together. So far details are sketchy at best but it's going to happen in August and probably a weekend, almost certainly in London

and Luke is a dirty rotten liar, you wouldn't have to stay over it is possible to visit for the day however most are planning to stay. we will be suggesting accomodation and transport options nearer the time. we hope a large number can make it, if you have any questions, ideas, problems or anything like that post it here, in the other threads (in London and the British General Discussion) or PM Yoshee or myself. we're here to help (for a change)
