Big fluffy pancakes or Silver dollars?

I personally prefer the larger variety.

Small pancakes are more civilized. And the proper names is 'Scotch Pancakes.'

While I can understand the arguement that "more than a mouthful is just wasteful", there's nothing better than getting two big fluffly pancakes to sandwhich my sausage with.
