Birthday Party Request - June 17 - Amherst YMCA

    Hello everyone,

    We have received a request to attend a birthday party for a 6 year old boy. The family is friends with Steve Lukasik. It will be held at the YMCA between Main Street and Wehrle, next to ECC. There will be plenty of parking, as the lot is quite large. We will have a room to change in and store personal items. The parents are estimating about 25 attendees. The son's favorite characters include Chewie and Darth Vader.

    Event Location: YMCA. 150 Tech Drive, Amherst NY
    Event time: 5:30pm
    Arrival time: 4:30pm

    I will not be available for this event, so I will need someone to take point on it.

    Please post your availability as son as possible. Thank you!

    What a great turn out!! For those who have marked tentative, please confirm. I know some of you have all ready. Thank you.
