He's getting married this coming weekend.

 

This has started off as a bad week... I was informed early this morning that my mother's dog, a 14 year old cockerel spaniel, will be put to sleep today. You know there are many things that I can be crass and even cruel about... but seeing my mother cry breaks me down quicker than anything else. Tonight I will raise a glass to remember a four legged family member.

Yeah, Champ's (black lab) been gone 3 weeks now. Don't know if he's living, dead or just out dogging...

I "inherited" him when Daddy died. I guess that makes it worse...

 

Sorry to hear that. But look on the bright side, you've still got the fart-monster.

 

I had a yellow lab many years ago, Joe-da. He was the world to me, too. His name was Buck. He just vanished out of the blue, one day, as well. I really hope yours comes back, because I honestly would have rather known he had died, than to never know at all. For years and years after he vanished, if I saw a yellow lab, I would get out of the car and start calling for Buck. I hope you find him.
