Oh the scandal! Leona's muse and Drabba's muse are laughing it up on a beach in Mexico.
It's talked about in all of the social circles. I hear they were recently spotted in Italy at a cafe near a museum. They are simply everywhere.
Are they plotting to take over the world?
Every night, Pinky.
I don't know why my muse never goes on vacation. Strike, yes, but not vacation.
mine has run away...
I've baked my muse and some blackbirds into a pie.
EDIT: Oh, there's an idea as we near the end of the thread. Let's list some fun things we can do with our muses.
* Use them as couch stuffing.
* Wear them as scarves.
* Open a chain of roller discoes with them.
* Get them to hold our change.
* Prop them in the passenger seat so we can use the carpool lane.
* Have them narrate our day so we seem important.
* Get them to distract the dragon while we steal the legendary Gem of Hinglethorpe.
* Tape them fighting each other in that silly way they do.
* Excise my muse from my brain and have him write while I go play NCAA Football.
* Ask him why he doesn't do college papers.
* Force him to write said college papers.
Went to Kansas City today with my family. Went shopping at various places. I really enjoyed the comic shops!
Couldn't find Redemption #2 (the only issue of that arc that the shops in Columbia doesn't have) but I did manage to pick up some cool finds and find some places to go to next time I'm in that area of the state.
Picked up both issues of "The Freedan Nadd Uprising", Marvel #88 and 96 (Lumiya goodness!) and issues #1 and #4 of the "Stark Hyperspace War." All six of them books I couldn't find in Columbia.
Oh, I love the Stark Hyperspace War stuff. So unconventional.
Haven't had a chance to read them yet. I hope to go to my local comic store on Wednesday and find issues 2 & 3.
And Mizzou lost again today... Oh well, we'll beat Nebraska next year. Then the poor MU Athletic Department will have to pay for two new goalposts. Of course, I'll probably be charged with protecting said goalposts as the crowd swarms on them. *Prays he doesn't get the student's section next year.*
I just watched Totally Awesome on TV. It was--Dare I say it?-- Totally Awesome. Chris Katan MADE the movie.
Drabba, your muse ideas are classic. I say we implement all of them in our next thread.
Whoa, like two minutes ago, when I went to the main boards page, every link my curser moved over disappeared. Weird. Ah well. Wait, why am I here? No one cares.
That's an odd glitch. *is tempted to see it for himself.*
I love days spent entirely doing homework and grocery-shopping (mostly homework).
And why might that be?
Oy, I know. I have homework to do as well. Luckily I did most of it on Friday, but that is definitely not how I want to spend my day.
Sweet, even my muse that abandoned me has more life and fun then me. that is simply so not fair.
I'm going to plan some dastardly deeds when and if my muse ever comes back. She will think twice about leaving me in the lurch again.
Might start with cleaning piggie cages.
Happy Sunday y'all!
Yay Sunday. Now I have to admit having something to look forward to come Monday.
I'm totally addicted to Hero.
I've not been excited about a teevee show in a long time.
Spending the day catching up on my NaNoWriMo stuff. Being sick on Friday and Saturday threw me behind schedule already.
No strange and bizazre plot bunnies, (well more than usual ) come you way from being sick?
Glad you're doing better though.
I love heroes! I think I have figured out the younger brother's gift;
*possible spoiler alert*
I think he takes on the power of whichever hero he is near!
If this is a new TV programme in the US we#re talking about I might see it in about 10 years. We're still midway through the last season of I Love Lucy here.
Don't spoil it for me
It's not really a spoiler anymore, JP; they've been overt about it these last few episodes.
EDIT: Fair enough. It's not a spoiler for US viewers anymore.
EDIT II: I have such a headache right now.
Cdmcc, you know that Lucy and Ricky get a messy divorce at the end, right?
*Walks in and collapses, mumbling his greeting from the floor*
I am... exhausted. Went to an awesomesemi-late Halloween party at my friend's house. We played 'WHo's Line is it, anyway?' games and watched Vampire Princess Miyu. Today... was very busy for me. Worked alone, without the electric cart pusher. Had a ton of carryouts, so I'm tres' sore.
How's it going for everyone?
