    I understand your frustration and I think it's a shame if you've felt neglected or ignored and I would certainly hope that this thread is not the source of all of your woes (if there are specific user related concerns please PM me). I understand how sometimes people are unduly cliqueish, but don't let that take away from your participation on the boards.
