Bow to Shara_82!

I think there's a tremendous need for some significant changes here in the Jedicouncil Forums. There will be many more where this came from, I've been working on many of these behind the scenes during our move out to CA. Now is the time to begin!

Starting with FanForce - Shara_82 has just been given the honor of becoming the very 1st Fanforce Supreme Chancellor. Her powers are equal to the JC Head Admin and will report weekly to the person in my current position.

Because of this, Mara_Jade_Fan is taking over Shara's duties of Fanforce Board Technical Administrator in addition to her own duties as Fanforce Site Administrator. As such this position has been condensed into one Fanforce Technical Position. Obi Anne will be staying on as the Fanforce PR Administrator.
