    LOL.

Sunday should be OK...if we have the "family" party for Isabel on Saturday.

We've also got Memorial Day off, so if either of you gets stuck in a cast and we can't get you out, we've got a whole extra day for me to figure out a way of getting you out without killing you. [face_devil]

Woohoo. Got a rough cast of Mac's head. He's still alive -- nobody got stuck or anything. The fuzz on his ears grafted rather nicely into the plaster, though. [face_laugh]

So now I've got what I need to make a "large" size of Tusken head, too.

Does anyone have an extra female Tusken figure they wouldn't mind parting with? You have about 2 minutes to respond before I order one from eBay.

    Let's get this rolling again...

Monday after work I'm gonna stop by Hancock Fabrics in Springs. Somebody told me a few months ago that they've got some kick butt fabric. I seen enough close ups of the fabric that I think I know enough to find what we're looking for.

Also need to find fabric for Jedi stuff...but that's a different story...

SC...if you could maybe mail W-Josh a piece of the cloth, that'd be cool. With him being...what...4-6 hours away from everyone, working on stuff together's going to be a little hairy.

Birrers...I just ordered a British 1903 Pattern bandolier. Once it shows up, I'll letcha have a crack at it to make patterns for the pouches, and start work on the actual bandoliers if yer up for it. :D

And DH, I'll try to get the measurements for you on Monday. I know we're all busy, so there's no rush.

Can maybe have them all done by...MileHiCon? I'd love to have mine done by the end of August.

OOO!!! More bandoliers -- Swedish leather ammo belt -- Episode 1 style, but the Episode 1 Tuskens wore the 1903 Pattern ones as belts. We'll start out with the 1903 ones and then work our way into the Swedish ones since they're a little more complicated.

I was thinking, I would love to get involved in this. I am wondering, what do I need to do, how much will it cost? My main focus is still my Fett, that will be my main focus until October.

Well last saturday i went out of town and went to 4 fabric stores.

Well, missioned failed, i couldnt find the right fabric and had to setal for this weird waffle print stuff :( oo well ill try doubling it up and see how it goes.

My 1903 bandoliers should be here anyday, they are coming for the UK so any day now.

Ill post my robe design and see what you guys think. Ive never really made anything out of fabric so this is new to me.

It's a piece of cake, just make it bigger, always make it bigger then you think it needs to be, you can always sew it smaller after it's done. But if you make it to small in the first place it's a lot harder to fix :D My .02

I will go check out Joann's here in Thornton & Westy we just got a new HUGE store in Westy maybe they will have something. I have to go soon because I need to get ribbing & white material.

    also a side now,

Tusken is now Second on my list.

I just aquired a really nice looking Vader helmet.
Vader is one hard costume to but together(manly the money).

But i still wanna get the tusken done as a easy going con costume.
