hmmm, i haven't made it to work yet, I have a painful sore throat and feel like I was run over by an entire fleet of X-wings.

if the cold medicine ever gets taken and kicks in, I might be able to do some more stuff. or go to work for a few hours. or pass out. not sure yet.

My leg thingies are done. Making the last plans for WOTR. Jeff has one more helmet to paint, he won't tell me what color He wants to re-do them ALL!!!
Think Jennay have the day planned out, I will see you guys tonight, I will call to get address/directions when we are on the way.

 

Rachel always gets a cold when we're in the middle of a big project. That's no biggie. I think mine is just my body getting back at me for putting it through 3 cats, smoke on the 4th, and plaster and plastic dust. LOL. I'm mostly better today.

Becca's got everything done except the edging and finally assembly of 3 vests. That won't take long. She'll start working on them around 7:30.

What she said about 9:30 is that if nobody can come by to help, but needs to pick up their stuff, that she can trade everything around 9:30.

 

COOL! Think that was kind of cleared up last night. Thanks for all your hard work, I will be able to go over to Becca's to pick up what ever is missing. Jennay will have stuff we can work on until then, also have boots to clean tonight.

We are going to have our booth set up next to the gift shop & enterance so people will see us in our killer costumes first

 

im off to paint the last helmet now . then black trim , then chin straps , then visors if i have time .

 

You guys rock!!! I can't wait to see the costumes tomorrow.

 

LOL. I doubt they'll miss seeing any of us. Bright orange is pretty hard to miss...

Although, while on my many scavenger hunts for materials, I think I need a grey flightsuit and a bright yellowy orange vest, too...

 

Oh yeah, and Rachel, the ewok, and I WILL be up there tonight. Probably at Becca's...or Kim and Jeff's...or both...or something...

But we'll be running late. As usual. I had planned on getting the boxes completely assembled this morning in between work stuff, but I got stuck in a 3 hour meeting this morning. Urf.
