Starting last October Darth Breezy's Backpacker Luke went on a tour of the US and Canada.

Well, Luke's travels are over and now he is being raffled off. The proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish. The following is the blurb I've put out to get the word out about the raffle.

Please, please consider this. Luke's belongings are worth over $250!! And even if you don't win the money is going to a great charity and in memory of Katie Johnson.

Payments are going to be accepted through PayPal using the charlottefanforce@yahoo.com email. Each donor will receive an email confirmation with their numbers. The deadline for payments is November 1st.

Just to update -

I received a fairly standard letter from MAW thanking us for our donation. For me this brings closure to this whole project. I never thought when Breezy began it that I'd end up handling the raffle but I'm glad I was able to help.

Thank you to everyone who hosted Luke, donated items and purchased raffle tickets. I'd also like to give a special "shout out" to my own little one who sold over $100 in raffle tickets. Not bad for a 10 year old.
