Bobby Portis should have let CP go. He would have had a high chance of being ejected.

Wow, wtf. Bad foul call, worse technical foul call. Dude got a tech for running away.

Giannis has taken over this game and this series. Making his free throws, too.

The Bucks showed themselves to clearly be the better team this series. Suns also squandered a few chances to pull away.

    CHAMPIONS!

Emphatic dominance by Giannis to secure the championship. Thrilled for the win, thrilled for Giannis and Middleton to get this after a long journey to this point. I doubted at several points this postseason, but the Bucks always found a way to come through in the clutch and they played their best basketball when they needed to. Just outstanding.

Giannis making a good claim to best player in the world. He had his problems with free throws this playoffs, and he still can't make a jump shot, and those may be disqualifying flaws, but he made his free throws in the clincher. His strength and conditioning gives him the ability to take over on both ends for an entire series, putting him on that level with Kawhi and LeBron.

Maybe the Basketball Gods won't let CP3 win due to his career of flopping.

I actually think Phoenix played better as a team, but Milwaukee has more talent and the clear best player on the floor. Phoenix was slightly outgunned, and that's really hard to overcome in the NBA.

Happy for you, @Havac , @darth_gersh , and the other Milwaukee fans. Congratulations!

LOVE seeing this, with Gianni's opting in as the MVP, as the Max Guy who stayed. Tremendous. Fifty. Fifty in the closeout game. Incredible.

Most important of all, Milwaukee's win means that Charles Barkley finished up the playoffs with six correct guarantees in a row.

He turned the ball over too many times this series to the point where I stopped feeling bad for him.

@Havac, @darth_gersh Almost can’t ask for a better clinching performance than than from Giannis & company. Clinching at home makes it that much more thrilling; ****ing enjoy it!

Congrats to the Bucks! What an amazing performance by Giannis. He was great on both ends of the floor and he somehow improved his free throws in a close out game. The rest of the Bucks stepped up as well. The way the first two games went down I thought this would be a quick series but I didn’t know just how resilient these Bucks are.

    Congratulations to the Bucks.

Pretty nuts to think that this is all happening because half of Durant's toe was over the line.

Worth noting that we've now seen Toronto and Milwaukee win championships two out of the last three years. I wonder if this state of parity will be an aberration or the new normal.

These Bucks are a better team than the Nets. Yes, if Durant's foot is all the way behind the line, the Nets win that game and the series, but the Nets are a mishmash of thrown-together superstars and other players. The Bucks played superbly as a team and corrected for their problems as they went along.
