I still "need" (or would like) 1 Jedi to perform Shakespeare with Kathleen. Because of the diminishing time, reading off script will be OK.
I will connect with Barone about his duel.

 

I am withdrawing my snowball fight challenge. I will still be recovering from eye surgery on 1/29, and may not even be at Winterfest. If I am there (and at this point expect to be), I'm not sure that risking a snowball in the eye would be a good idea. Maybe next year...

Thanks, Gil. My eye surgeon has promised me perfect vision for the first time since age 9, so I don't want to mess it up.

Oh..and I wasn't worried about the Stormtroopers. Those snow Mandos though...that's a different matter!

 

Not sure the Reynolds crew will make this one. Our plans are a bit up in the air this moment.

 

I'm going to have to change my availability to "unavailable" for this event, my coworker's wife had a baby and so I am going to have to cover his sunday shifts for the next 3 weeks. I was really looking forward to this event!

If anyone is available on Saturday, the organizers have asked that, if possible, vendors set up between 9am and 11am. If that's not possible, then we are able to set up between 9am and 11:30am on Sunday. What is preferable for those attending/ setting up?

We will be delivering and pre-setting whatever can be done on Saturday morning (table, banner(s), sound system for demo/duels, etc.
This is also an opportunity for duelers and performers to look over the space and sneak in a trial one.

 

What time are you planning to arrive? I'll shoot for the same time - on Sunday that is... I'll be in Algonquin, Canada on Saturday.

 

We'll arrive for set-up Saturday 9:00 AM, stay as long as needed or until they evict us and lock the doors.

 

I am still only a slight possibility ...that is if my trip gets canceled or not, which it is in danger of at this time.

 

The Reynolds Crew is not available for this one. But it looks like you have a large crew there. Have a great time.
