CLONE WARS... Time

I just watched the episode online and I must say, it was pretty cool. The only couple of things that I thought were lame were, 1. When padme would talk and say Ani, 2. The knighting was sort of lame.

 

Yeah, what was with the knighting?? First, it seemed a rather too close earth-reference... and second, actually touching his shoulder like that, wouldn't the lightsaber burn his tunic?

 

I read knitting not knighting and was confused

the knighting ceremony was......odd

 

The knighting was odd, but I don't think he touched the shoulder with the lightsaber, just got very close. Even in Britain's knighting ceremony they don't touch the person with the sword.

But more odd then the knighting was the homo-erotic interaction between Anakin and 3PO. I know it was already brought up, but I had to mention it again. I mean I had to wash my eyes out with mace to get that image to go away.

 

Just got back from the TTC Wal-mart where the DVD's were $12.33

 

Ah, yes, the hunt for the best deal on the DVD. I'm currently trying to d/l the best buy add to see if they have it on sale. Maybe it would be quicker to just call...?

 

I want to say BB has it for 14.99, Wally was cheaper.

 

AURGH!!!!

Right in the middle of tonight's episode... an emergency broadcast, warning of severe thunderstorms and waterspouts, of all things. Right as the wookies were showing up, too. It cut out, and didn't come back in until the end of sparing between Dooku and Grevious. Bah.

BB had the dvd for $12.99, special sale... but they were sold out two hours before I got there. Wish the person on the phone had mentioned that when I called to ask about the price. Walmart was too much of a drive at the time, so I picked it up at Target for $14.99. Feh.

 

That really blowz T!!!

Wal-Mart in Parker had 'em for $11.88. Target didn't even have 'em yet.

 

T-you can watch them online at hyperspace if you have. i am sorry about that.

 

So what did everyone think of the Second episode. So quick but it was better than the first.

I was playing Monopoly with some friends and James kept touching my property without my permission!!!!

Im on my way home to see it,I still cant find season 1 on DVD yet,everywhere I go it sold out.I love the first two chapters.

i have to say...i really liking these chapters of the clone wars much better then the last time...

i love the way it is all leading up to ROTS.

 

Everyone who's watched "The Incredibles" recently will appreciate the humor of Grievous being dragged away by his cape. ROFL.
