    Probably the most unusual viewing order I did was TFA on blu ray, then AOTC on DVD, followed by OOT TESB on VHS. It was apparently random marathon day or something. :p

    Anyone noticed there's a good number of videos of people performing covers of songs just to show off guitar skills. One of the best I've found so far. Nice chord work!

    In 2006 when I was stuck in the hospital, I decided to watch The Lord of the Rings. Except, I started with The Return of the King, then requested for The Two Towers, and finally ending on The Fellowship of the Ring. But when I got out of the hospital, I decided to finish the trilogy by re-watching The Two Towers and The Return of the King again.

    EDIT: I'm now at the following part of TPM:

    @Dagobahsystem I was nuts of LOTR over a decade ago. Couldn't stop watching the trilogy, specifically the extended editions.

    Yep. The EEs are the best. Which is your fav film? Fellowship for me.

    I'm going to rewatch Marvel's Avengers tonight.

    Likewise. I can honestly watch a whole movie with Bilbo narrating about Hobbits in the Shire. That's probably why An Unexpected Journey is my favorite movie of The Hobbit trilogy. The shire just feels so cozy.

    Fellowship also includes Boromir. I used to dislike him when I was younger but he is one of the more interesting characters in the trilogy. Much like Qui-Gon, his death pulls at the strings.

    Boromir is the man. As is Sean Bean, who would have made a great Aragorn. Him and Aragorn were always my favorites, along with Gandalf and Smeagol. Every chapter is Fellowship is a classic.

    Pretty much, yeah. In fact, I'd say Aragorn, Bilbo, Boromir, Gandalf, and Smeagol are my overall favorite characters from all six movies. I really need to get Tolkien's works on Audible and listen to them.

    Speaking of Sean Bean, his portrayal of Ned Stark in Game of Thrones is a favorite of mine. I hadn't read any of the A Song of Ice & Fire books before seeing the show, so naturally with Sean Bean receiving top billing, I thought the show would be about him.

    And then I learned to never like a character on that show again.

    Only to immediately like even more characters. My life is full of regrets and sorrow.

    @Dandelo, you disappoint me.

    Gandalf, Elrond, Saruman, and Galadriel are my favs.
    The Lord of the Rings trilogy is still amazing to watch. I like it as much as SW, tbh.

    Hey Rick. Hope you're having a swell day so far.
