Collectormania time again!

Not sure if I'm going this time, but Serena PMd me and said she might be up for it, so is anyone else in that general area good for it, or is everyone saving for the Comic Expo?

Unlikely to be able to attend Saturday or Sunday as it will be opening weekend of Iron Man so doubtful I can get a day off

 

*Whimpers and grumbles* can't afford hotel.

I guess I would make more effort to go if Cpt Picard didn't cancel.
Getting David Prowse' autograph might be worth it though... I'll see how revision goes and then decide if I'l be able to come to Collectormania or not.

 

I have an exam the Wednesday after Collectormania, but one day off can't hurt too much

 

I'm not going. Too many deadlines around then (28th April, 2nd May, 8th May)...

That is true, a day off in this stressful period would be nice. I'll be going on Saturday I think.

The party on Sunday sounds interesting, but that would mean I have to stay in MK overnight which is a little too much for my student budget.

 

Well, I may possibly be going Saturday, so a two-person meet up is Ok with me.

 

Times depend on whether I get given Saturday off (which I won't know until about Thursday). If not, I'm up for an evening meet on the Friday.

 

I was planning on going to Collectormania on Saturday, but I'll see if I could do Friday. The trouble is, I have an exam on 2nd, and they still haven't informed us whether it will held in the morning or afternoon.

 

I have Saturday off, so I will go then.

 

I just got it confirmed that the exams is in afternoon, so I won't be able to make it on Friday. Will be going on Saturday.

We could meet in The Centre itself, I'll wear my "May the force be with you" t-shirt, probably with a shirt over it.

Last time there was a TARDIS there, but say for certain that it'll be there this time.

 

I just got my train ticket. I'll be at MK at 9:50. There is some 15min walk from the station to the Centre, so I'll be at Collectormania just after 10am.

I'll be wearing an X-wing shirt.

It will be a good idea to meet at the Centre itself. If there is no Tardis, I'm sure there will be 'stalls' with guests signing autographs.

 

There is an Early Learning Centre or a Boots on one side I think, can try and stay near to there initially.
