Experiment 649.....So thus 649 was created, At first it looked WAY too much like Stitch but after changing some details I got it looking rather unique as far as I know.

649 is an Semi-aquatic experiment, able to move easily on land and able to move well underwater. Being strong, but not as strong as Stitch, it is design to conquer semi-aquatic worlds, like Earth for example.
However 649 isn't too interested in its original design; its way too busy terrorizing public swimming pools and bathtubs to seek ultimate destruction.

Oh, and about its number, its sorta an "inside joke" where I happen to live, hopefully no one else has made a fan experiment with that number, if so this was unintentional.
