Fun Cute Overload - The Thread (image heavy!)

Yay! The Jays are starting to show themselves. Happened to be looking at our front tree yesterday when a beautiful lavender Jay came in for a landing. It did its Jay song and fled.

Saw at least one fly by mom’s window this a.m., but the best part was the Jay choir for about five minutes. Three of them cycled through calls including a wild variation that was new to me. I love hearing Jays “talk” to each other.

Cardinals are out more frequently too (Saw our local handsome boy crooning on the wire again).

 

Nice to see the kitties. I’m locked out of Twitter and refuse to give them my phone number to get back in. They didn’t get it when I joined, they won’t get it now. So my cute range is limited.

Ah, hearing very subtle Blue Jay calls right now.
