Daniel Craig as Ian fleming's James Bond 007 in 'Casino Royale' - 2006

I think the best approach with a new Bond film is to see as few clips as possible. That way everything is new when you finally see the film.

I'd only seen the trailers myself.

 

I haven't been able to have a good listen to the new theme song yet. I was however handling the Casino Royale soundtrack at work today.

Oh, and sadly....Daniel Craig ISN'T on Parkinson tonight, he had to pull out being really ill, I hope he gets better soon!

I looked on a Bond forum and someone who went says Take That replace him to be interviewed.

I'm gutted he wasn't on, but today was odd when he wasn't mentioned. It would have done him even better to get his voice on Parky, I just hope some time soon he can go on it once more.

 

Well there's lots of shows about Casino Royale this week, like Film 2006 special and some premiere coverage.

Lots of oppertunities there to get his voice heard.

 

I'm looking forward to the Film 2006 special should be good and I started watching my favourite Bond movies tonight I started with my new Ultimate Edition copy of GOLDFINGER it was great the quality of the clean up they've done on the movies are brilliant I'd recommend these new DVD editions to everyone.

though it always makes me laugh how they didnt understand at the time how a craft COULDNT enter the atmosphere vertically facinating stuff

 

I'm starting my 'Select Bond' tonight, starting with FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE. Classic Bond for the 60s.

Enjoy the movies OWC, and I second the Ultimate Edition DVDs, I glanced at my old copy of Octopussy and compared it with the UE version, and I've never been so pleased with a replacement DVD. It looks, sounds and even feels like a new film. A must have for you fans!


Keep an eye on today, ITV1 and 1:35pm for James Bond: Making It Real...a look at the stunt work on Casino Royale!

I watched You Only Live Twice last night and it was great I hadn't seen it for awhile the big set piece at the end was great better then I'd remembered.

I had a quick look at the live MTV video link and saw the Queen meeting the cast and crew.

I had a nice moment when she shook the hand of Daniel Craig and the lights and crowds were cheering him.

Sort of makes you finally know that Bond IS Back!

 

Got me tickets booked for Sunday at Leicester Square
