JCC Dark Chocolate is my weakness. I can't be the only one, right?

Milk Chocolate just doesn't suit my fancy. The texture and bitterness of dark chocolate just takes it to the next level for me. Plus, it's healthier. At least as far as chocolate goes.

My wife is right there with ya as she needs to have a small chocolate fix every day or she goes bananas. How she will only a very small piece each day is beyond me. I am not a huge sweet person at all but when I do, I tend to well make up for it.

 

My favorite is the Endangered Species brand, tastes the best

 

Dark chocolate is honorable.

 

My Dad liked dark chocolate. When they were available, I got him dark chocolate M&Ms, in the ROTS packaging. These days, I'll have it occasionally from Gertrude Hawk.

 

I can vividly remember the ads in the convenience stores. That and the Lays Potato chip promotion with the character card in each bag.

 

Dark Chocolate is good, but the insane market that has popped up over the last decade to feed the new trendy choice, has gotten much out of hand.

There is also a snobbishness to the market...taking a page from the artisanal coffee hysteria...to fill people with some kind of euphoria for being so clever as to enjoy this brand or that type.

And the prices...

I will enjoy a Hershey special dark once in awhile and get on with my life.

 

I find dark chocolate to be good only in small amounts. The first few bites are good, but when you have more than that then it's not so great.

 

Of course you’re not alone. For me, dark chocolate beats milk chocolate every time. And that’s rooted in not being able to stomach the cloying sweetness of a lot of milk chocolate.

My favorite is dark chocolate gianduia.

Dark chocolate has been a preferred choice for ages. It’s only trendy for those who didn’t want it before, and now do because other people are eating it.

 

Dark chocolate is far, far superior to milk chocolate.

I love me some Lindt dark chocolate on occasion.

 

The only dark chocolate I have liked is the bar of Godiva at B&N.

 

My weakness is the glowing red spot that only shows up after I’ve gone through my attack cycle.

 

I'm into that dark chocolate + coffee (preferably café on leche) scene.

 

I loooove dark chocolate. Not a fan of white chocolate though.

 

I hate white chocolate with the heat of a thousand white suns.

 

I prefer the vegetable oil that major candy companies use in order to keep costs down. Yum.

 

Dark chocolate is better than milk chocolate. Neither of those compares to semi-sweet chocolate. I will die on this hill.
